High-Low Temp Test
High-Low Temperature Cycle Test: Simulate the working conditions of products under alternating high and low temperature environments. Verify the physical stability of silicone products in extreme temperature conditions, and evaluate whether defects such as cracking, deformation, hardening, brittleness and performance degradation occur, to ensure the products can work normally under temperature variation.

SVHC（Substances of Very High Concern）
SVHC stands for Substances of Very High Concern, listed in the candidate list of Annex XVII under EU REACH regulation. These substances have hazardous properties including carcinogenicity, mutagenicity, reproductive toxicity, persistence and bioaccumulation. This product has been tested, and the content of substances in the SVHC candidate list complies with REACH regulation. If SVHC substances exist, the mass fraction of each single substance is less than 0.1%. SVHC statement is available to meet EU import requirements and buyer audits.
MSDS（Material Safety Data Sheet）
MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet), also known as SDS (Safety Data Sheet) in EU regions. Prepared in accordance with the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS). It covers 16 sections including chemical composition, physical & chemical properties, hazard identification, first-aid measures, fire-fighting measures, accidental release measures, handling & storage, stability and reactivity, toxicological information, ecological information, transport information, regulatory information, etc. This solid silicone product is not classified as hazardous chemical. No significant health hazards under normal use conditions. Available for customs clearance, overseas warehousing, buyer audit and supply chain safety assessment.
CA65（California Proposition）
This product complies with **California Proposition 65 (Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986)**. Test results show that the exposure of target controlled substances is below the NSRL (No Significant Risk Level) / MADL (Maximum Allowable Daily Exposure) thresholds set by California OEHHA. No Proposition 65 warning label is required. Controlled substances focus: Lead, phthalates and other carcinogens & reproductive toxicants listed in Proposition 65.
EN71 European Toy Safety Standard
EN71 is the European standard series for toy safety, formulated under EU Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC, applicable to toys intended for children under 14 years old. It includes 3 core test items: EN71-1: Mechanical and physical properties test, evaluates small parts, sharp edges & points, tension and torque to prevent choking, cutting and other physical hazards. EN71-2: Flammability test, controls material combustion performance to reduce fire risks. EN71-3: Migration of certain elements test, simulates biting and sucking scenarios to limit migration of 19 heavy metals. This silicone product has passed full EN71 tests with all parameters compliant, ready for EU market sales.
